12 Exercises, 12 Reps of each. Do as many rounds as you can within 30 minutes.
Get the kids involved, we need to keep moving!! Go for it & Let me know what you think:)
Just kidding you don't have to do that haha!
Advanced:
1. 12 Squat Jumps
2. 12 Air Jacks
3. 12 T-Push ups
4. 12 Lie-down, Stand ups (No hands!)
5. 12 Alternating forward Lunges
6. 12 Reverse Lunges with Knee lifts
7. 12 Plank Climbers (Knee to elbow)
8. 12 Vertical Leg Crunches
9. 12 Plie Squat Jumps
10. 12 Monkey Squats
(Grab Ankles and squat all the way down and stand back up but dont let go of ankles)
11. 12 Tricep Dips
12. 12 Plank Jacks
Modified:
1. Squat to tippie toes (Reach arms up high)
2. Tap-out Jacks
3. Push ups modified to knees
4. 12 Lie-down, Stand ups (Use hands for help)
5. 12 Alternating forward Lunges
6. 12 Reverse Lunges with Knee lifts
7. 12 Plank Climbers (Knee to elbow)
8. 12 Vertical Leg Crunches
9. 12 Plie Squat to tippie toes
10. 12 Monkey Squats
(Grab Ankles and squat all the way down and stand back up but dont let go of ankles)
11. Overhead tricep extension (holding weight or ball)
12. 12 sec. Plank
Keep Repeating and see how many rounds you get through in 30 Minutes!!

With this one, you want to do it once a week or so & see if you can get more reps/sets in. Challenge yourself!
So did the “Dirty Dozen” yesterday. Got thru it 2 full times & then half way starting backwards. Thx Alison . Love the Hulu hooper makes me wish I hadn’t gotten rid of ours. Btw the Dirty Dozen movie -great WWII movie. Check it out 🙂
