At Home Workout #7: Treadmill

Dust off your treadmills ladies, time to start using them!


This is an interval based treadmill workout that should kick your butt in 25 minutes!

Please feel free to change the numbers!!! It varies between the low number which should be your fastest walk possible, and a progression to your fastest run.

If I ran faster than 7mph, I think I would’ve fallen on my face. Know when to start the progression back down.

Start by stretching your calves, shins & thighs.

Finish with stretches again after!

Always check with your doctor first to be sure running on the treadmill is appropriate for you.
