Sunday Stretch & Tone: Butt & Gut Should only take about 20 minutes & you’ll feel refreshed & muscles alive!
My suggested playlist: Pandora’s 60’s Oldies Radio!
1. 8X Full sit up to stretch over towards toes. Roll back down gently.
2. 8X Full Sit-up to strattle stretch
3. Hold Strattle and stretch over right leg 20 seconds, repeat left
4. 10X Slow bicycle crunches
5. 10X Roll ups
Butterfly stretch 20 seconds
REPEAT 1-5

Roll over to Prone position (On tummy)
6. Superwoman hold 10 seconds
7. Swimming 10x
8. Child’s pose stretch 20 seconds
9. Elbow plank 30 seconds
10. Full plank 30 seconds
11. 10X Meltdowns: Elbow plank to full plank = 1 rep.
REPEAT 6-11
Flip to Supine Position (On Back)

12. Bridges 20X (Squeeze Glutes)
13. 10X Single leg bridge (Right leg extends up to ceiling)
14. 10X Single leg bridge left
Pull knees to chest & Hug legs
Turn over to all 4’s. 15. Hamstring press 20x, straighten leg & pulse up 20X
16. Repeat both exercises on other leg
REPEAT 12-16
Sit into child’s pose & take some nice cleansing breaths!
