It only takes 15 minutes!!
Do each exercise for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
High Knees
Mountain climbers
Roll ups (lay on back, lift legs up towards ceiling, slightly lift hips off the floor, lower legs)
Side plank right
Dips
Side plank left
Plie squat jumps
Burpees
Reverse lunge to kick (Right leg)
Jumping Jacks
Skater hops (or curtsy squats for a lower impact option)
Reverse lunge to kick (left leg)
Push ups
Oblique crunches
Bicycle crunches
Repeat for an extra challenge!
