Quick Daily Workout to keep you fit through the Holidays!

It only takes 15 minutes!!


Do each exercise for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds


  1. High Knees

  2. Mountain climbers

  3. Roll ups (lay on back, lift legs up towards ceiling, slightly lift hips off the floor, lower legs)

  4. Side plank right

  5. Dips

  6. Side plank left

  7. Plie squat jumps

  8. Burpees

  9. Reverse lunge to kick (Right leg)

  10. Jumping Jacks

  11. Skater hops (or curtsy squats for a lower impact option)

  12. Reverse lunge to kick (left leg)

  13. Push ups

  14. Oblique crunches

  15. Bicycle crunches

Repeat for an extra challenge!
