Quick H.I.I.T.

30 minute blaster!


Do each of the 7 exercises for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Complete a total of 4 rounds with a warm up & cool down/stretch after. Have fun & let me know what you think! ~Alison

4. Sit up to Stand up
