
Your diet is holding you back!!

Okay so I know this is not what you want to hear at holiday time but you need to hear it at holiday time before January hits and your crying 😭

I have had many occurrences throughout my years of training where I‘ve witnessed ladies who work out many times/week - hard!
Then comes the question - Why am I
not losing weight?? And every time it comes down to diet.
And here’s the answer to losing weight. Cut sugar. Sound too simple? That‘s because it is. I‘m not a certified nutritionist (but I can refer you to someone just ask!). This is just my opinion based on my own experience and seeing my clients finally get results this way.
I never was and will never be a fan of any diet plan that is extreme. Yes they may work - but they won’t last. You need to examine what you’re eating and read labels for “added sugar”. You may be surprised! If you can identify things you eat or drink regularly and cut down or replace those things with similar enjoyable substitutes, you will win big!
