How’s it going ladies? I changed my intervals to run (jog) 90 seconds instead of 60. This challenge isn’t rigid. You can adjust up or down for yourself. Just keep the growing and progressing! Here‘s a chart showing resting heart rate ranges to better help you understand what the numbers mean. Take your resting heart rate first thing in the morning, before you start moving around a lot.
