Hi ladies! I know the weather is sticky and icky today but dust off your treadmill or do a walk jog around the house. š
Howās it going ladies? I changed my intervals to run (jog) 90 seconds instead of 60. This challenge isnāt rigid. You can adjust up or down for yourself. Just keep the growing and progressing! Hereās a chart showing resting heart rate ranges to better help you understand what the numbers mean. Take your resting heart rate first thing in the morning, before you start moving around a lot.
