How’s it going? I know weather has been gross, let’s get back on track!!

Hi ladies! I know the weather is sticky and icky today but dust off your treadmill or do a walk jog around the house. šŸ˜„

How’s it going ladies? I changed my intervals to run (jog) 90 seconds instead of 60. This challenge isn’t rigid. You can adjust up or down for yourself. Just keep the growing and progressing! Hereā€˜s a chart showing resting heart rate ranges to better help you understand what the numbers mean. Take your resting heart rate first thing in the morning, before you start moving around a lot.
