                          9:15am Stations Boot Camp

                          10:00am Strength and Toning

                          3:15pm Stations Boot Camp

Tuesdays:

                         5:45am Tabata

                         9:00am Box & Tone


Wednesdays:   9:15am  Tabata

                         10:00am Strength & Toning

                         11:00am Senior Strength and Balance

                           6:45pm Bootcamp (Bohemia Location)

Fridays:            5:45am  Box & Tone/Pilates

                         9:15am  TRX Interval

                         10:15am Senior Strength and Balance

Saturdays:        7:30am Full hour Bootcamp

                           8:30am Zumba

Private or Partner sessions booked by appointment.
